Due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is structured to be fair to both parties. By purchasing any service from Damarcus, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy.
Digital Services — Non-Refundable
All digital marketing services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes:
SEO optimization and strategy work
Paid advertising campaigns (once ads go live)
Social media content creation and management
Consultation and strategy sessions
Any delivered reports or marketing assets
Once a service has been delivered or work has begun, we are unable to issue a refund as resources and time have already been allocated to your project.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Suspension of your Damarcus account
Termination of active services
Dispute documentation submitted to Stripe on our behalf
Eligible Refund Situations
We do consider refunds in the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service
Service Not Delivered: If we were unable to begin or deliver the agreed service
Technical Error: If a payment was processed due to a technical error on our platform
Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel your order before any work has commenced
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us with the following information:
Your full name and email address
Order/transaction ID (from Stripe receipt)
Date of purchase
Reason for refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Stripe Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds, when approved, are returned to your original payment method.
Credit/Debit card refunds: 5–10 business days
Bank transfers (ACH): 3–5 business days
Processing fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable
